How Visor uses AI

Visor produces one AI draft, with evidence concerns retained for review. If no usable content remains after essential checks, it can request one targeted AI correction. Invalid citation links and unsafe instructions may be withheld. Warnings identify missing incident details, unconfirmed equipment applicability, limited source evidence, or unresolved answer-review concerns. A cited historical finding does not establish the cause of the current incident. If the model call fails, Visor shows an error; it does not substitute a local final answer.
